How
are students smart in different ways?
A student has different ways of learning and different intelligences
they use in their daily lives. The video
showed me eight different intelligences of smart students. Students are smart in different ways being
able to visualizing things well, putting puzzles together, solving mathematical
problems without a problem, they can be good at body movement last but not
least they can be smart at writing and language. When teachers learn more about the child’s
learning style they can assist the child more in their learning.
How
can teachers use multiple intelligence in the classroom?
Teachers can use multiple intelligence in the classroom
for one, by using multimedia. Like I stated
above when a teacher know the learning style of the student it will be easier
for the child and teacher to attend the students’ intelligence. Using multimedia becomes easier for the
teacher to learn the learning style of the student. You have visuals, sounds, printed
words, motions, and reading abilities. Of course there a lot more. When looking at the video I noticed the
students at play time and what they wanted to choose to do. It reminds me before my students went on
break we allowed them to watch a movie. We
also set up an arts and craft station, computer station and card station. Everyone was allowed to watch the movie but
certain students wanted to go to the stations set up. It really worked out well.
